Meat Hall
A 100 sqm, EU licensed low throughput meat cutting plant where clients can undertake product development, lease manufacturing and meat industry based training. The hall regularly hosts practical butchery, sausage making, pie making, curing and tailor made meat based courses. Facilities include state of the art climate chamber to produce air dried meat, vacuum packer, industrial mincer and numerous items of other processing equipment you would associate with a meat manufacturing unit.
